  • What is Save The Date App?

    Save the date is an app for planning and managing your event.
    Using the app you can: Manage your guests lists, Rsvp your guests using text messages (which is very cool and immediate), track your expenses, make sitting arrangments and much more..

  • How do I send text messages to my guests?

    You can choose to Send Whatsapp or Sms messages to your guests. We have a selection of templates for you to choose from.
    The message can be an event invitation (Save The Date), Rsvp request or a reminder to the event. Then you select the list of guest or specific guest you want to send it to and that's it.
    You may also schedule when you want the message to be sent.
    All Rsvp's received from your guests will be updated online in your account.

  • From which number are the message sent?

    Whatsapp messages and Sms messages are sent from Save The Dates app virtual numbers.
    Therefore they will not be recognized as your own number.

  • How do my guests Rsvp to my event?

    RSVPing is very simple using Save The Date.
    You send your guest a Whatsapp or a text message with a single mouse click. Your guests recieve the text message which contains a link to your Event page. On the event page your guests select the total of guests that will attend the event and that is it.
    Your guest do not need to register to the app or perform any action other than Rsvping to the event.

    You can view all RSVPs on the RSVP screen. Save The Date will also sum the total of arriving guests.

    You may also manually RSVP specific guests which you already know that are coming to the event and there will be no need to ask them again by text messages.

  • How many events were managed using Save The Date app?

    Thousand of events have already enjoyed Save the date app and the tools it offrs.
